Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026 — placeholder text pending legal review.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aevo Health ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Aevo Health mobile app, you agree to these terms.
Real, legally-reviewed copy will replace this text before Aevo is submitted to the App Store or Play Store. For internal testing and demo builds this placeholder is sufficient.
1. Eligibility and account creation
Aevo Health is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
2. Health disclaimer — Aevo is not medical advice
Aevo Health is a health information and coaching tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The information provided by the app and the AI coach is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health or treatment.
3. Use of blood test data and third-party providers
Your clinical data (blood results, biomarkers, care plans) is created and maintained by your clinic. By using Aevo Health you authorize us to display this data to you and to share relevant clinical context with the AI coach to provide personalized advice.
The AI coach is powered by third-party providers (such as OpenRouter). We share relevant clinical context with them to enable coaching; we do not share your personal identifying information with these providers. Refer to the third-party provider's privacy policy for their retention practices.
4. Payment terms (once monetized)
Aevo Health is currently free to use. Any future paid features will be governed by separate payment terms provided at that time.
5. Account deletion and data removal
You can delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete account) or via our account deletion page. Deleting your account removes the link between your login and your clinical record; it does not delete the clinical record itself, which remains owned and managed by your clinic under their retention policies.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Aevo Health if you violate these terms or if we have reasonable cause to believe the terms are being breached.
7. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
