Common questions
How do I sign in?
Aevo Health uses Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. Open the app and pick the provider you'd like to use — there is no separate Aevo password to create or remember.
How do I link my clinic record?
Your clinician gives you an invitation code when your record is ready. Enter it in the app after signing in, and your care plan, results and biological age will appear.
Ask Aevo — what does it do?
Ask Aevo is an educational assistant. It explains general health concepts and helps you understand the meaning of your results. It is not a clinician and cannot diagnose, prescribe or replace medical advice. For anything urgent or clinical, please contact your clinician or, in an emergency, call your local emergency number (999 in the UK).
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Or use our account deletion page. Deleting your account removes the link between your login and your clinical record; the clinical record itself is retained by your clinic under its own retention policy.
How do I request a copy of my data, or correct something that's wrong?
Email support@hospitalnote.com with the details of what you would like to access or correct, and we will respond within 2 working days.
The app isn't working — what should I do?
Please email support@hospitalnote.com with a short description of what happened, the device and OS version you are using (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 26), and a screenshot if you can. That helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.
